This assessment was developed as a companion to our work in Human Flourishing as we begin building the Investor Developments project and the teams that will help bring that work to life.

For those interested in joining us—in any capacity or level of commitment—we want to understand more than a résumé, professional title, or list of credentials. We want to better understand how you think, where your capabilities are strongest, how you approach people and problems, and where you might contribute most meaningfully.

We believe the existing paradigm places too much emphasis on credentialism. Credentials can tell us about education, training, and experience, but they often tell us much less about the broader capacities a person actually brings to the table. This assessment is our best effort to look beyond credentials and better understand capacities including linguistic, logical, spatial, interpersonal, intrapersonal, creative, naturalistic, existential, musical, and bodily intelligence.

Our purpose is simple: to better understand where you might contribute, where your capabilities may be especially valuable, and how we can respect and make the best use of the time and effort you choose to give this work.

You will receive your Intelligence Profile when you complete the assessment. Investor Developments will also receive a more complete internal evaluation to help us understand potential contributions, team relationships, behavioral characteristics, strengths, and areas that may be worth exploring together. Your complete assessment information is confidential and intended for authorized internal use.

Most importantly, the results are the beginning of a conversation, not a decision about you. No assessment can fully understand a person. If something doesn't seem accurate, we want to talk about it. What we learn through conversation, experience, observation, and working together will ultimately tell us far more than a score on a page.

This is an internal, non-clinical assessment. It is not a psychological diagnosis, IQ test, medical assessment, or lie detector, and participation is voluntary.
